Hyung Won Kang, KMD, PhD, Professor

As the Director of the Integrative Medicine Innovation Center (IMIC), Dr. Kang is at the forefront of the global expansion of Korean-Integrative Medicine (K-Med). He is renowned for modernizing and standardizing the traditional O-Ji-Sang-Seung method(五志相胜治疗法) into the Emotion-to-Emotion Therapy(E2E Therapy), a cornerstone of his efforts to advance Korean medicine-based psychiatry within the K-Mind framework.

Since 2011, Dr. Kang has pioneered the clinical systematization of Mindfulness & Loving Beingness (M&L) Psychotherapy, introducing a new paradigm to the field. He currently serves as the President of the M&L Psychotherapy Society, where he continues to lead academic excellence and international innovation in mental health.
