    Registration is available only through the Online Registration Portal. Registrants are advised to read the registration information carefully before submission.

    USD rates apply to international participants, while KRW rates apply to Korean participants.

    • A copy of a valid student ID is required to qualify for Student Registration Rate.
    • Participants may choose either full registration or one-day registration. One-day registration is available only under the Early Bird registration category. For one-day registration, the fee is USD 170 / KRW 250,000 for non-students and USD 100 / KRW 150,000 for students.
    • On-site registration will not be available. All participants must complete registration in advance through the Online Registration Portal.

    Meditation Camp (Healing Stay): “It’s Okay to Do Nothing”

    Workshop Brief Outline:
    This workshop offers a contemplative retreat experience in a meditation space surrounded by cypress forests. Participants will engage in a range of mindfulness practices, including Gulimdae Meditation (required) and forest walking meditation (required), as well as optional sessions such as sound/aroma meditation and yoga meditation. Through these practices, the workshop invites participants to experience rest in nature and cultivate the values of slowing down, letting go, and mindful self-care. All participants will be provided with single-occupancy accommodation in a quiet and clean environment, along with carefully prepared, easily digestible meals.

    Method of Payment

    Payment of registration fee must be made by the following methods:

    • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
    • Bank Transfer (information will be provided upon successful registration)
      USD rates apply to international participants, while KRW rates apply to Korean participants.

    Registration confirmation will be emailed to the registered delegates after receipt of the full payment.

    Cancellation Policy

    If the written notification is received on or before 20 August 2026, a full refund (100%) of the fees paid will be made. If the written notification is received from 21 August to 20 September 2026, 50% of the fees paid will be refunded. No refund will be made thereafter. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Any bank charges, transaction fees, or exchange rate differences incurred during the refund process shall be borne by the participant.

    Letter of Invitation

    On request, the Secretariat will send a letter of invitation by email to participant to attend the Conference. This invitation is intended to participants in applying for leave or making travel arrangements and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

    Rules and Regulations

    • Registrations are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
    • Each registrant should complete a separate Online Registration Form.
    • Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
    • Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you do not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Conference Secretariat at icmap2026@kakao.com.
    • The program is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, the only and maximum liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid.
    • Replacement or transfer is allowed provided the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the person to be replaced on or before 20 August 2026.
    • The decision of the Organizers shall be final and conclusive.
    • The participant recognizes and accepts that the Organizers of the International Conference on Mindfulness-Asia Pacific (ICM-AP) 2026 collect, process and store personal data exclusively for processing registration to the International Conference on Mindfulness-Asia Pacific (ICM-AP) 2026 as well as for general preparation work for the Conference.
