Dear ICM-AP 2026 Participants,

Greetings from the ICM-AP 2026 Secretariat.

As we have received a number of inquiries regarding preparations for Oral and Poster Presentations, we would like to provide the following preliminary guidelines to assist you with your preparation.
The detailed conference programme and individual presentation schedules are currently being finalized. Once the programme is confirmed, individual Speaker Guides containing detailed presentation schedules and instructions will be sent to presenters by email by the end of this week or early next week.

Oral Presentation

- Presentation Time: 15 minutes per presenter
- Presentation Format: PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) or PDF
- Slide Format: 16:9 (Widescreen) recommended
- To prevent compatibility issues, presenters are encouraged to use standard fonts or PDF files whenever possible.
- For smooth presentation operation, presenters are advised to avoid using videos, audio, animations, or special fonts whenever possible.
- The submission deadline and procedure for presentation materials will be provided separately in the individual Speaker Guide.


Poster Presentation

- Poster Size: W 90 cm × H 120 cm
- Orientation: Portrait
- Material: Fabric
- Language: English
- Presenters are responsible for designing and printing their own posters and should bring the completed poster directly to the conference venue.
- Posters will be displayed according to individually assigned schedules. Each presenter’s poster display schedule and Poster Number will be provided in the individual Speaker Guide once the programme is finalized.
- Detailed instructions regarding poster setup and presentation procedures will also be provided in the individual Speaker Guide.


Please note that the conference programme is currently being finalized. Presentation dates, times, venues, and individual poster display schedules will be confirmed in the individual Speaker Guides.
